walk on other side of street

someone I believe at 655 nelson while drunken offered me water. I ignored him but these folks like to force glue selves upon me. the dude yelled after me again with water and I said I will write the house number down for being part of gang banging or retard services and he told me as he is "being nice to me" push forcing himself upon me I should "walk on other side of street then" where it is illegal to walk in the day time because there is school there. the house is located right about where they sold ammunition few months ago right across from school on nelson. close to 338p time female w/stroller gave me front of nelson apt bldg. large white car with tall back lights came out. at 7-11 older truck er light in front dark in back was waiting on a woman and when she came out was very pissed at her for "taking too long." when leaving the guy yelled to me "several times" -"have a nice day" which actually put me on gang banging alert even as some of mental health stake you out for unwarranted malicious persecution in temporary hiding and silence. the truck headed towards bridge on table mountain. that is how nice really they are in America calling police by  "concerned citizens" and on some other woman because she was "talking to people" which is a lot different from soliciting for instance.
